Order $30.00 and under add $4.85
Orders over $30.01 and under $60.00 add $5.85
Orders over $60.01 and under $80.00 add $6.85
Order over $80.01 and under $100.00 add $7.85
Orders over $100.00 Shipping is Free

We are not responsible for order shipped without insurance. Please Allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery; however, every effort is made is get the merchandise to you in the shortest time and at the best rate. Insurance is available by request.

Items can be shipped sooner using FedEx or UPS at an additional cost, please contact me for this service.

International Orders

Currently I ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany,Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom

In our efforts to keep the costs as low as possible to our customers, international order will be shipped by the least expensive method possible. Usually surface, unless specified by the customer. Overseas shipments may take 3-4 weeks if sent surface.

Canadian and Other International orders shipping & handling charges will be calculated and manually inputted depending on "ship to destination."

International orders may take longer depending on the "ship to destination." Customer is responsible for any taxes or tariffs imposed by the country of destination.

Substitutions :

We reserve the right to substitute bows or colors whenever these changes represent an equal or better value for our customers. An updated version may be substituted at a later date. All the sizes of products indicated or shown in this catalog are close approximations. Although our staff of proofreaders works diligently to ensure the accuracy of copy descriptions and prices, we reserve the right to correct typographical errors. Replacement is subject to item availability. If exact replacement is not available, replacement will be a comparable item of at least equal value.

Payment Methods :

Cash, personal check, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, and money order are accepted forms of payments. Payments must be in US Funds, payable to Up North Enterprises. Customers in Good Standing maybe eligible for the Faith & Trust Program.

Credit Card Billing:

• There is no Credit cards minimum on merchandise order - excluding shipping and handling.

• On your monthly credit cards statement you will see your order processed from Up North Enterprises

• International Shipments will be charged an additional 4% to cover charge card companies International Sale Fee.

Guarantee Information:

Every effort has been made to eliminate errors in our price lists, catalog and literature prior to printing and posting to the web. However, we disclaim responsibility for any errors in prices or applications.

Up North Enterprises, warrants Up North products against defective materials and workmanship for 30 days.

Returns

Up North has a 'No Questions Asked' return policy if item is returned within 5 days. If you are not completely satisfied we will, at your option, replace the item with an item of equal value or refund your purchase price in full (minus shipping and handling), and following the return procedures.

Absolutely no merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from Up North after 5 days. Authorized returns must be shipped PREPAID and must be properly packed in original packaging. Items being returned after 5 days are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

All sales are considered final after 30 days.

I receive many requests to wholesale my dog bows While I appreciate the interest in my bows, I do not wholesale my bows or offer volume pricing at this time.
